Adv. Sarah David specializes in commercial and corporate law, with an emphasis on investments and venture capital, M&A and cross-border commercial transactions in various business sectors. Sarah also provides ongoing counsel to entrepreneurs, private clients, companies and VC funds in the various legal aspects of their local and international operations, including corporate governance, financing and other commercial matters.

Sarah joined the firm following her clerkship at the Office of the Deputy Attorney General (International Law).
