Adv. Shir Laredo specializes in commercial and corporate law, with an emphasis on M&A transactions and medical cannabis. Shir also accompanies sellers and buyers (including entrepreneurs and contractors) in complex real estate transactions in Israel, and provides ongoing counsel to entrepreneurs, private clients, companies and VC funds in the various legal aspects of their local and international operations, including corporate governance, financing and other commercial matters.
